Vendor fee -Professional Hiring Fee: 8.33 percentage of Annual CTC of the consultant.

For less than 3 months Contractors or contract duration project: Hiring fee: 40 percent of the package (based on the hourly rates).

Payment: after 3 months of the consultant service in the company.
